Abstract Submission

Full Paper Submission Deadline: November 4, 2023

Papers will be evaluated by referees. Papers accepted orally will be declared via the ebeogrkongre.atauni.edu.tr website. Papers should be prepared in Turkish and English.

Oral abstracts; Title, Author name(s), Institution and/or institutions where the authors work, Purpose, Materials and Methods, Findings, Conclusion and Keywords. Should be arranged under the headings.

Poster abstracts; Title, Author name/names, Institution and/or institutions where the authors work, Purpose, Materials and Methods, Findings, Conclusion and Keywords should be arranged under the headings.

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.

The names and order of the authors in the oral presentations cannot be changed after the submission period has expired.

The author who will make the oral presentations must have a registration fee for the congress.

At the top of the oral paper, the title of the paper, the name of the authors and the institution they work for, and the name of the participant who will present the oral paper should be underlined.

Posters should be 70 cm wide and 90 cm tall. Posters should be prepared to be read from a distance of at least one meter.

If the oral presentation cannot be made without an excuse after the acceptance process, it will not be included in the congress book.

A maximum of two papers can be sent with a congress fee.

Those who register as students should send their student certificate to ebeogrkongre@atauni.edu.tr.

Abstract submissions will only be sent through the online notification system. Submissions via e-mail will not be considered.

Abstract submission can be sent via the system by using the submit button on the main page.
